1. Booking and payment

Your booking becomes binding once you have submitted a booking request and received confirmation by email. No deposit is required. The payment due date for the total amount will be stated in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 13 to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount is due. Less than 7 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total amount is due. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

3. Arrival and departure

Check-in: 2:00–10:00 pm. Check-out: by 11:00 am. Earlier or later times are possible only by prior arrangement. Access is contactless.

4. House rules

Please treat the apartment with care, do not hold parties or loud celebrations, and accommodate only the registered number of guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; smoking is allowed only on the balcony.

5. Damage and liability

Please inform us immediately of any damage to the apartment or its furnishings. Guests are liable for damage they cause. We accept no liability for guests’ personal belongings.

6. Pets

Pets are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing.
